Hanford Reach Boat Tours
Tri City Guide Service offers scenic Columbia River Tours on the famous Hanford Reach. Come enjoy the beauty and history of the river from a custom built Alumaweld boat with comfortable seating for up to 6 passengers. These scenic river tours are a great way to experience the last free flowing stretch of the Columbia River and discover the history of the Hanford Nuclear Reservation. Plenty of photo/video opportunities are available throughout these trips with lots of wildlife viewing including dozens of bird species, deer, elk, coyote and fish breaking the surface. Full day 8 hour Hanford Reach TourMorning or Afternoon - Departs from Columbia Point Marina in Richland WA and takes you 40 miles upriver to view the famous White Bluffs and Nuclear Reactors. Boat makes multiple scheduled stops for historic landmarks and many random stops for wildlife. The full day tour allows for multiple shore or restroom breaks including a 30-60 minute meal break on a secluded beach. Cost is $600 up to 4 passengers and $50 each additional passenger up to 6 maximum. Half day 5 hour Hanford Reach TourMorning or Afternoon - Departs from Columbia Point Marina in Richland WA and takes you 30 miles upriver with a view of the famous While Bluffs and a Nuclear Reactor. Boat makes multiple scheduled stops for historic landmarks and many random stops for wildlife. The half day tour allows for two shore or restroom breaks including a 30 minute meal break on a secluded beach. Cost is $400 up to 4 passengers and $50 each additional passenger up to 6 passenger maximum. All Tri City Guide Service Hanford Reach River Tours are private party booking only so you have the entire boat to your private group. Departure and return times are always flexible for your convenience. Launch location can be flexible throughout the Tri Cites area, just ask if you prefer a different boat launch or public park than Columbia Point Marina in Richland. Tours include Boat with up to 6 comfortable seats, all safety equipment, and captain (narration of the area, wildlife, Hanford Nuclear Reservation and local folklore included). The boat has plenty of room for coolers for your food/beverages or a cooler with ice can be supplied for your food/beverage upon request. Alcoholic beverages are allowed as long as they are consumed wisely. Sack lunches can be provided for $15pp which include a sub sandwich with choice of meat, chips, granola, bar, candy bar and asst pop/bottled water.
