Learn all of the basics needed to catch trout or smallmouth bass anywhere in the Northwest all in one 8 hour day. Classes include gear/tackle selection, knots, fly selection/application as well as expert casting instruction. Classes are conducted on the water with an emphasis on fishing throughout the day so you will catch fish while you learn no matter your fishing experience level.

Non fishing classes are also available for a reduced rate at one of our local parks which gives participants the opportunity to learn the basics of fly fishing techniques without the travel to get to a prime fishing destination. These classes teach the basic skills needed to any beginning fly fisher so that they can be successful when and wherever they choose to go flyfishing in the Northwest.
